With over 28 years of experience, Gauri Sawhney Roy specializes in experiential and outbound learning programs. She has successfully conducted more than 3,000 days of behavioral training sessions and worked with over 100 renowned organizations and institutions globally.

An energetic and enthusiastic professional, Gauri’s expertise includes leadership development, team building, and personal growth coaching. She holds certifications as a Corporate Life Coach (ICF), Achievement Motivation Trainer (NIESBUD). She is a passionate mountaineer, LO with International expeditions, having completed her Basic Mountaineering & Advance Mountaineering Courses (NIM, Uttarkashi) Method of Instructions (HMI, Darjeeling).

Her illustrious career includes roles as the Founder of Leading Teams, Founding Partner at The Linking Tree Consulting, and a freelance facilitator for reputed training consultants. Gauri has partnered with leading organizations such as EIL, NTPC, IOCL, OIL, Triveni Engineering to deliver impactful training programs.

A Post Graduate in Training & Development form AIMA & a graduate in Economics and Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, Gauri combines academic rigor with practical expertise to empower individuals and teams to excel.
